My Broker Associate title means I am a qualified real estate broker but have chosen to remain affiliated with another broker rather than starting my own brokerage firm.
Some people ask why I haven’t ventured out on my own. The answer lies in my love for working one-on-one with my clients. They and I benefit from the same level of education and qualifications as an independent broker, but MY clients are my singular focus.
Running a brokerage involves the all-consuming task of building and managing a growing business with employees who need constant help with their clients. Instead, I choose to remain focused on customer relationships and service.
I also make it my mission to protect my clients from costly mistakes with no recourse. I do this by ensuring all boxes are checked, all disclosures are signed, everything is in writing. Rest assured, I will work hard to protect my clients’ best interests.
